Processing Time
All TariTali Macrame pieces are handcrafted to order by our artisan in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe. If your country is not listed, please contact us at admin@taritalimacrame.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
If you are outside of the United States or Australia, you might be responsible for custom or import duty. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the item price or shipping charge. These costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Kindly check with your local customs office to learn what additional charges may apply before purchasing.
Refused and Unclaimed Shipments
If customs fees are unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, any shipping, return, and storage costs will be deducted from your refund. No refunds can be given if customs discards or abandons the package due to non-payment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at admin@taritalimacrame.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and find a resolution.
