Thank you for shopping with TariTali Macrame. Every piece in our collection is handcrafted with care by our artisan in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Return Period
You may request a return within 7 days after you receive the item. Please reach out to us at admin@taritalimacrame.com before shipping anything back. All return requests must be approved before you send the item.
Damaged or Defective Pieces
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or video of the damage along with your order number. We will gladly assist with repair, replacement, or refund options.
Return Shipping and Fees
Buyers cover return shipping, taxes, and duties. We do not provide return labels. Any carrier, customs, or storage fees may be deducted from the refund.
Items must be securely packed, ideally in the original packaging. Refunds may be reduced or denied if returned goods arrive damaged or unsellable.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 2 to 3 business days. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
Lost or Unauthorized Returns
We cannot be responsible for packages lost in return transit or sent without prior authorization. Please use a trackable shipping service when returning items.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
International Buyers
If you are outside of the United States or Australia, you might be responsible for custom or import duty. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the item price or shipping charge. These costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Kindly check with your local customs office to learn what additional charges may apply before purchasing.
Refused shipments: If customs fees are unpaid and the parcel is returned, any shipping, return, and storage costs will be deducted from the refund.
Unclaimed or destroyed parcels: No refunds can be given if customs discards or abandons the package due to non-payment.
